Abstract

The micro-plasma oxidation processes of the LY12 aluminum alloy in the solution sodium hexametaphosphite-sodium meta-aluminate, the formation characteristics of the ceramic film, and the effects of sodium meta-aluminate concentration on the oxidation process were studied. The phase compositions and morphologies of the film were analyzed by XRD and SEM.
