A study on climate adaptation strategies of architectural technology in northeast cold region

Abstract

According to the phenomenon of excessive energy consumption and increased environmental burden caused by technical application ignoring the climate feature in cold region, which exists in architectural design in Northeast Cold Region, combining with green building project practice in cold region participated by the author, it studies climate adaptation strategies of architectural technology in Northeast Cold Region: the passive energy-saving technology based on architectural morphology and spacial flexibility makes the building a strong capacity for adapting to climate and adjustment and weakens the negative effect of indoor thermal comfort caused by cold climate; the active energy-saving technology based on constant temperature and humidity and high comfort level enhances comfort degree of the building in Northeast Cold Region and acquires built environment quality of maximum efficiency; cladding system optimization based on EPS module construction technology improves thermal insulation and heat-shielding performance of external cladding system of building; green energy resource based on solar energy, ground source heat and wind energy reduces consumption of conventional energy resources, decreases emission of harmful gas, advances the promotion of architecture adapting to climate in cold region.
