Abstract

In order to successfully construct interior wood structure spaces with good taste and high quality, it is essential to present the material properties of wood more appropriately. However, there are many problems in the real projects for the design of wood interior space, such as the excessive use of material and irregular wood appearance etc. This paper analyzed the wood application and presentation based on statistics of excellent case study of wood structure spaces with high degree of acceptance, trying to put forward principles for wood application position, wood consumption and expression mode. The results would promote both of material efficiency and space effect in the interior design.
