N2 - Software supply chain risk assessment is a widely studied field in computer science, in which supplier selection is an important aspect. In order to better classify and profile suppliers, this paper proposes a method that integrates the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and k-means clustering method. The method first establishes a two-level index system for supplier risk. It first applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to calculate Level-1 supplier risk scores, and subsequently uses k-means clustering to classify the suppliers. This method determines the number of clusters based on the predetermined risk level, while utilizing the information of the center point to achieve accurate profiling of suppliers.
