Abstract

A shock simulator of naval gun back movement driven by hydraulic power is developed. Target-host control type is applied. Based on the transfer function of electro-hydraulic servo system, three-variable-state control scheme is used such that the system bandwidth is extended and the whole system is stabilized, achieving acceleration control and velocity control. Using LabVIEW software, the operating interface is programmed on the host computer, while the real-time control program is written by MATLAB software and its XPC RTW environment on the target computer. The whole simulator can be full-digital controlled. It can simulate the shock of the back-moving with low distortion during the firing of naval gun.
