Abstract
Laminaria japonica is a macroalga with traditional medicinal and edible significance. This study focuses on the conformational relationship of Laminaria japonica polysaccharides (LJPs), specifically examining how the preparation process influences their structural characteristics. Furthermore, it elucidates the inherent connection between molecular structure and biological function. This review provides new insights into the structure-activity relationships of LJPs, establishing a scientific foundation for their function-oriented production and application.
