Abstract

Wireless power transfer (WPT) technology provides a feasible way to solve the problems of poor reliability, low life and difficult maintenance of satellite slip ring power supply system. In this paper, a novel redundancy design method of magnetic coupling mechanism with high reliability and long life is proposed, and the topology of wireless power supply circuit and magnetic coupling mechanism are designed and analyzed. The proposed magnetic coupling mechanism can achieve mutual inductance fluctuation less than 1% when rotating 360 degrees and its loss distribution is given at the end of the paper.
