Abstract

A cross-track InSAR raw data simulator is presented in this paper for the purpose of providing a tool for understanding InSAR system as well as to provide data for further processing. Two correlated backscattering coefficient maps are generated through simulator by using Land Clutter Model (LCM), meanwhile a more accurate and easier to be programmed raw data generator using SAR system impulse response in 2D-Frequency domain is described. Some simulation results are presented to test the validation of this simulator.
