Abstract
Time, cost, output, resource usability and waiting sequence length are the common performance indicators to analysis enterprise business process. These indicators provide important data support to recognize critical process, analyze process bottleneck and verify model feasibility. During the process execution process instances can't entirely conform to the predefined process model, which is there are differences between them. The difference not only reduces the efficiency of process execution but also affect the output benefit. However, in the current process analysis methods there are short of indicators weighing the difference and analysis methods. To solve it, a research technology and system to weigh and analyze the difference is developed based on sequence alignment idea of bioinformatics, namely process evaluation, and deviation degree is defined as a measurable indicator. At the same time the four methods of weighing the deviation degree are designed according to the different situations, furthermore process analysis methods based on the deviation degree are given.
