Abstract

High Speed Downlink Packet Access system can support wide range of data rate service for diverse QoS. Each user has individual minimum data rate constraint. HSDPA scheduling scheme needs to provide certain data rate service for them as well as maximize the cell throughput. This paper proposes an algorithm based on the Hopfield Neural Network, called HNNMR, to achieve fast and suboptimal solution of this optimization problem. Some illustrative simulation results present to evaluate the performance of the new algorithm as compared with other strategies.
