Abstract

A novel differential-fed patch antenna (DFPA) is proposed in this letter. Based on a capacitance coupling feed, an impedance bandwidth (SWR<2) of 102% has been obtained. The cross-polarization is less than -15dB across the operating bandwidth because of the differential-fed.
