Abstract

The zero permittivity and zero permeability are achieved by electric and magnetic modes. In this paper, we present a novel double zero metamaterial made by all dielectric composite resonator. The whole simulation based on CST is applied to investigate the electric and magnetic responding of the composite resonator. The permittivity and permeability are calculated based on the NRW theory. The calculated result shows that the permittivity and permeability are particularly close to zero.
