abstract = "A novel compact dual slant-polarized directional antenna for the MIMO base station is presented. The antenna is composed of a 105 × 105 mm reflector and two single-polarized dipoles evolved from Bow-tie antenna with slots on them, which miniaturize the size of the antenna. The simulated and measured impedance and radiation performance are studied and compared, which shows that the proposed antenna provides excellent pattern symmetry property and cross-polarization discrimination characteristics in a wide bandwidth from 1710 to 2690 MHz.",
