Abstract

Based on the prototype Halbach planar magnet array (HPMA), in this paper, a double layer superimposed honeycomb structure of flexible magnetizing Halbach planar magnet array (DHFH) is proposed. The DHFH optimizes the three types of magnetic field distortions that occur in the magnetic field analysis of the HPMA, making the simulated results approach the fundamental wave magnetic field obtained from mathematical modeling while improving the magnetic field strength. The magnetic density distribution of DHFH has been solved numerically. When the pole pitch of the magnet array is the same, the simulation comparative analysis shows that the magnetic field strength amplitude of DHFH is 8.5% higher than that of HPMA, and the periodic distortion rate, amplitude fluctuation, and harmonic distortion of DHFH are all better than HPMA.
