Abstract

To enhance the power quality of the accelerator power supply system, a series-connected multi-pulse rectifier (MPR) is proposed, utilizing a novel hybrid harmonic suppression method. Based on the topology, the relationship among the amplitude and frequency of input voltage, the input inductors, the load and the output voltage is researched. According to the relationship, the output characteristics of the rectifier is systematically examined, laying a foundation for their application in scenarios with significant load fluctuations, such as airship-based high-altitude wind power applications.
