Abstract

This paper proposes a modified space vector pulse- width modulation for three-phase z-source integrated charger. This method supplies more shoot-through time than traditional space vector pulse-width modulation for z-source rectifier. So the proposed method has a wider range of output voltage. Besides, when the output voltage is same, the voltage stress across the switches is lower using modified ZSVPWM than using traditional ZSVPWM, which will decrease switching power losses.
