title = "A low-profile ultra-wideband directional antenna",
abstract = "In order to reduce the profile of the ultrawideband directional antenna, a disc-shaped combined dipole used as a feed is proposed, and a rectangular metal plate with right angle bend is used as a reflector. The disc-shaped dipole is used as a director. Through CST Microwave Studio modeling and simulation, ultimately achieved operating in 0.7-2.4 GHz, with a gain of more than 4 dBi ultra-wideband directional antenna. The ratio of the profile dimension to the wavelength of the minimum operating frequency is 0.15, and the front-To-back ratio is more than 6.5 dB. The simulation results show that the antenna can be regarded as a combined antenna of electric dipole and magnetic dipole.",
