Abstract

In order to improve the integration and modularity of the hybrid AC/DC energy storage system, a LCL-network based single stage multi-port hybrid AC/DC converter with power decoupling capability is proposed in this paper. It has a highly modularized design and good compatibility with different types of energy subsystems. A current bus based multi-port converter is elaborated thoroughly, including power decoupling principle, topology of the converter and modulation strategy. The correctness of the converter is verified by simulation.
