Abstract

This paper will introduce a new structure of hybrid spiral stepper motor. The stator punching are stacked with a certain angle offset to form an axial and circumferential dual-groove stator core structure. This paper provides a detailed introduction to the structure and working principle of the hybrid spiral stepper motor with staggered structure.Furthermore, a general method is proposed for adjusting the tooth-layer parameters by varying the structure of the stator punching and stacking order.
