N2 - In this paper, a new staggered-series square transmitting coil for EV's wireless charging is proposed. Firstly, a model of the relationship between the magnetic field and the size of the square transmitting coil was established. Then the structure of the internal series coil is improved for increasing magnetic field uniformity. Finally, electromagnetic simulation is performed that a receiving coil can obtain a stable mutual inductance varies from 1.612mu H to 1.652uH within an offset range of 0mm to 160mm.
