Abstract

Knowledge has been the critical asset in organizations. Knowledge sharing is the basis of knowledge activities. And organizational learning is the basic way to make knowledge work more. This paper describes a conceptual model of organizational learning based on knowledge sharing. According to the factors influencing knowledge sharing, this paper analyzes the difficulties of knowledge sharing. Based on the system model and process model, this paper conceives a model of organizational learning.
