A comprehensive consistency test method based on improved grey relational analysis for simulation results

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

To improve the quality of consistency test, a comprehensive consistency test method based on improved grey relational analysis theory is proposed. An improved grey relational grade model is constructed in terms of the shape and distances between data series. Considering that the work process of actual system usually consists of multiple stages and work status in every stage has different impact on the final results, the comprehensive relational grade is defined and the weights of indicators are determined through analytic hierarchy process method. Finally, the dynamic consistency of the whole simulation data could be assessed by weighted comprehensive relational grade. The proposed method not only can make full use of finite data, but also can consider the actual work situation of system. Moreover, it has no demand for the volumes and distribution of data and is convenient to be realized on computer. By the consistency test for the rail-gun discharge current, which is an essential indicator, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified.
