A BTT missile optimal controller design based on diffeomorphism exact linearization

Abstract

BTT missiles can swiftly steer the maximum lifting surface in the required maneuver direction, so they can better adapt to the complex and ever-changing battle environment. This paper, at first, gives a BTT missile controller based on traditional coordinate decoupling method. Then considering the fact that applying such method is limited with strong nonlinear model, the diffeomorphism transformation method is involved to exactly linearize the whole nonlinear model of BTT missile. Also analysis and demonstration of the stability of generated internal dynamics subsystem are proposed. Finally, an optimal controller combined with this exact linearization model is provided. Furthermore, nonlinear simulation results verify the feasibility and applicability of the diffeomorphism exact linearization optimal control method.
