A 2020 perspective on “The routine use of mobile health services in the presence of health consciousness”

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

The emergence of mobile health (mHealth) services in recent years has provided new approaches for patients to access health services remotely through mobile devices. Indeed, mHealth can enable the collection of patients’ real-time health data and provide health feedback and warnings based on health data analysis and physician engagement. Much evidence has shown that such new services can help patients to save time and medical costs and also improve their health condition. Many scholars have incorporated mHealth into the areas of innovation diffusion, service management, as well as information systems (IS) research, among other areas.
