443 Multi-Level Multi-Dimension Practical Education Teaching System: Case Study on Innovative Practice in Undergraduate Talent Cultivation in HIT _net

Abstract

On the premise of facing the needs of national construction and adapting to future scientific and technological progress, a problem that must be addressed in the process of revising the cultivation program is how to ensure that graduates have the ability to adapt to various environments. This paper investigated and discussed the 443 multi-level multi-dimension practical education teaching system based on the case study of innovative practice in undergraduate talent cultivation in Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). Then, the talent cultivating was determined, and the revision of the 2022 edition of undergraduate cultivation in the School of Civil Engineering was carried out in an objective-oriented manner. The objectives of the revision were determined, and the basic principles were agreed upon. The revision ideas and the curriculum system construction were explained. Finally, the implementation of the revised training program was introduced from the construction of a teaching quality system, practical teaching reformation, and First-Second-Classroom-Synergy-Driven.
