Abstract

This paper deals with the 3D FEM models of the moment stress and temperature fields for the hot extrusion process of steel AerMet100. On base of the thermo-mechanical coupling and rigidity-viscidity-plasticity FEM analyses the hot extrusion deformation process has been simulated using DEFORM software. The temperature of the billet raises a little at beginning, then it descend. The temperature in center is great. The stress and strain increase as the hot extrusion, and outside increases faster than inside and the stress and strain in working space are so great.
