30 mJ Sub-nanosecond Burst-mode Nd:YAG MOPA Laser

Abstract

We demonstrated a sub-nanosecond burst-mode Nd:YAG laser. Output with the single pulse energy of 30 mJ and the pulse width of 900 ps at 1 kHz is obtained within the burst duration of 100 ms.
