Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study whether Auricularia auricula polysaccharide(AAP) can form complexes with cisplatin, and study the anti-tumor cell proliferation activity of the complexes against HeLa and LoVo cells. METHODS Auricularia auricula polysaccharide-cis-diaminedichloroplatinum(AAP-CDDP) complexes with different molecular weights were synthesized using “One pot” method, and their anti-tumor cell proliferation activity in vitro were studied by MTT method. RESULTS The inhibition activity of AAP-CDDP on the proliferation of HeLa and LoVo cervical cancer cells was closely related to the amount of cisplatin in AAP-CDDP, and the correlation coefficients of r2 were 0.877 5 and 0.913 2, respectively. Among them, AAP(V)-CDDP had the strongest anti-tumor cell proliferation activity. CONCLUSION The complex of AAP and cisplatin has good anti-tumor cell proliferation activity.
