Abstract
Aiming at the morphing requirements of high-speed flight vehicle,a new morphing fuselage is proposed,and a multi-dimensional morphing mechanism and pretension stacking skin structure is designed to achieve multidimensional morphing of the fuselage. The multi-dimensional morphing mechanism consists of multiple sets of single DOF double slider six-bar morphing mechanisms and a 6-UPS parallel distributed actuated mechanism. A tracking-loading method for morphing fuselage is proposed to meet the experimental verification. This method can achieve static loading,tracking loading with time-varying force,and tracking loading with constant force. A theoretical model of the tracking-loading system is derived,and based on theoretical and simulation analysis,the correctness of the tracking-loading force analysis is verified. Tracking-force and thermal loading tests of morphing fuselage are conducted,the experimental results show that the errors are within the allowable range,which verified the correctness of theoretical and simulation analysis and the feasibility of the tracking-force and thermal loading method.
