Abstract

Based on CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology, an experimental course of “Using gene editing technology to establish target gene knockout cell lines” was designed for non-biological students. The experiment includes confirmatory and exploratory content, integrating multidisciplinary knowledge points such as bioinformatics, molecular biology, cell biology, genetic engineering. It is conducive to strengthening students' understanding of relevant life science knowledge, improving their comprehensive experimental design ability and cultivating their innovative spirit.
