Abstract

This paper discussed the research status quo of the ultrahigh-temperature Nb-Si-based composites. It summarized the improvement in alloying and preparation techniques to obtain a good match between room temperature fracture toughness, high temperature strength and oxidation resistance, which provided a foundation for optimization of preparation and research of NiSi-based composites.
