Abstract
A new type of response amplification device (cam-type response amplification device) had been proposed to solve the two following problems: the seismic performances of the prefabricated concrete structures are not as good as the cast-in-situ concrete structures, and the existing response amplification devices are prone to failure under the action of rare earthquakes. The secondary development of the sub-unit of the cam-type response amplification device was carried out by using ABAQUS finite element software, and then the dynamic time history analysis was performed on the prefabricated concrete structures. The story drift ratio was selected as the structural damage index, and the incremental dynamic analysis method was used to analyze the seismic fragility of the uncontrolled structures and the energy-dissipative structures after adding the devices.The results show that compared with the uncontrolled structures, the exceedance probabilities of structures with cam-type response amplification devices have been significantly reduced in different failure states, and structural seismic performances have been effectively improved.The cam-type response amplification device has excellent energy-dissipative benefit under the action of various earthquakes, which can effectively reduce the damage degree of the structures.Through the analysis of the fragility curves, a basis for the design methods of prefabricated concrete structures based on the performances can be provided.
