Abstract
In order to accurately predict the performance of high-speed solenoid valve actuator,ahysteresis model was introduced based on its mathematical model. By establishing an electromagnetic mechanical simulation model and substituting the nonlinear characteristics of the actual magnetic material,the electromagnetic force and response characteristics of the high speed solenoid valve actuator considering hysteresis effect were discussed and verified by experiments. The results show that the maximum electromagnetic force was 13. 28 N,the maximum hysteresis amplitude was 0. 61 N,the closing response time was 7. 02 ms,and the resetting response time was 8. 50 ms. In the simulation model with hysteresis effects,the maximum electromagnetic force of the magnetic-displacement characteristic was 13. 42 N,the maximum hysteresis amplitude was 0. 78 N,the closing response time was 7. 00 ms,and the resetting response was 7. 80 ms,which was basically consistent with the experimental results. Compared with the simulation results without hysteresis effects,the accuracy of the simulation results with hysteresis effects is higher.
