Abstract
Based on vector cellular automata(CA), we discuss neighborhood effect in land use change simulation of Shenzhen, and build neighborhood effect function by vector enrichment factor and vector neighborhood index. According to Shenzhen road network data and the weights of relevant parameters, the accessibility of parcel and the suitability for development of residential land or productive land are calculated. Meanwhile, land use change simulation can be carried out by combining land use zoning state planned by the government. Kappa coefficient is used to evaluate the consistency between the simulation result and the actual data. Evaluation result shows that a better simulation result can be obtained by combining with the neighborhood effect function when the neighborhood distance radius is 50 m.
