Abstract

In wireless power transmission system, in order to reduce the interference of external magnetic field on the charging device and improve efficiency of the whole system, an electric shield device is usually added to the primary side and secondary side equipment. In this paper, the finite element simulation model is established. The influence of electric shield on spatial magnetic field of the coupling mechanism and the efficiency of wireless power transmission system is analyzed. A 3D magnetic field measurement system was set up, and the 3D magnetic field distribution on the back of the primary and secondary equipment is measured and plotted. The results indicate that, electric shield can reduce the magnetic field near the primary and secondary equipment effectively, thereby preventing the magnetic field from spreading. The magnetic field distribution in finite element simulation is same as the measurement. The 3D magnetic field measurement system of wireless power transmission can display the distribution of spatial magnetic field intuitively, and plays an auxiliary role in design and development of the wireless power transmission device.
