Abstract
In order to improve students' practical ability in communication systems, an optical wireless communication experimental platform based on the mini-LED is designed and developed to carry out practical teaching of digital optical signal modulation, transmission, and demodulation. The platform uses mini-LED as the communication light source, including free space and underwater transmission channel environments, and performs channel equalization and signal recovery at the transceiver end by offline digital signal processing. Based on the experimental platform, and by participating in experimental construction, channel debugging and data analysis, it can help students understand the concept and theory of communication, strengthen their ability to solve practical problems of communication system, and improve their ability to design and simulate optical wireless communication system.
