Abstract
The present paper discusses the effect of the Stochastic Error of Blade Setting Angle (SEBSA) on the of turbine cascade using the Full Rank Probabilistic Collocation (FRPC) method. The calculation efficiency and accuracy of FRPC methed was verified by the test functions firstly, and then the aerodynamic performance was studied in the case of single blade, two adjacent blades and two separated blades with SEBSA using FRPC method. The results show that the pressure coefficient (Cp) and exit velocity are sensitive to SEBSA, and the effects of SEBSA on Cp mainly appears at high velocity gradient regions at blade suction suide, trailing edge and the flow separation region, and the effects are largest at 40% axial chord length of the suction side. With the increase of the number of error blades and dispersion of blade distribution, the effects of uncertainty are offset to a certain extent. The effects of SEBSA propagate at negative circumferential direction, and its influence region are two blades at negative circumferential direction and one blade at positive circumferential direction.
