Abstract

In order to ensure the reliability of energy metering for the Zhejiang natural gas pipeline network,a local energy assignment algorithm was established. The assignment algorithm was based on the hydraulic relationship between the pressure difference and flow quantity of a single pipeline, and taking into account the local characteristics of natural gas pipeline network. By using the established local energy assignment algorithm, the natural gas pipeline energy of Hangzhou Station,Yongkang Station and Xiasha Station in Zhejiang Province was calculated, and the calculated results were compared with the measured values. The relative error between the calculated values and the measured values was within 0.6%,it met the criterion in the provisions of OIML R140 and GB/T 18603-2014 Technical Requirements, indicating the reliability of the assignment algorithm, and providing guarantee for the natural gas transaction, where the criterion requires the maximum permissible error of energy metering of assignment algorithm should within 0.6%.
