Abstract
Double stator toroidal permanent magnet synchronous motor is a new type of spatial compound motor, which has the characteristics of low speed, high torque and good heat dissipation. According to the special spatial structure of the double stator toroidal permanent magnet synchronous motor, the inductance parameters of the motor were analyzed, and the mathematical model including the position Angle of the planetary wheel was derived. According to the complex motion of the rotor of the space motor, the motor loss is divided into revolution and rotation loss for analysis. Through the analytical calculation model of loss, the loss of each part of the motor is verified by simulation. Finally, the influencing factors of efficiency are discussed, and the efficiency characteristics of the motor are analyzed. The results show that the efficiency of the motor can reach more than 90%, and the operation efficiency of the motor can be effectively improved by adjusting the frequency and current of the input power.
