Abstract
The proportion of cement slurry for semi-flexible concrete pavement is researched and the corresponding performance evaluation is carried out.In view of the many factors affecting the performance of cement slurry,the uniform design method is used as the test method,and the performance test of cement slurry with different mixing ratios is carried out,moreover,the fluidity and compressive flexural strength of the currently commercial cement slurry are compared.The statistical analysis was used to analyze the fluidity and compressive flexural strength test results of cement slurry.The commercial cement slurry has a fluidity of 36.0s,which does not meet the target value.The cement slurry developed has better fluidity and basically meets the requirements of construction use.The optimum water-cement mass ratio of 0.41 is proposed.Compared with the commercial water-cement mass ratio of 0.34,the water-cement mass ratio of 0.41 can reduce the amount of cement,thus reducing the cost of semi-flexible concrete pavement.By comparing with the properties of commercial semi-flexible concrete pavement materials,it can be concluded that the cement slurry developed has higher fluidity and more suitable flexural strength and compressive strength.
