Abstract
We present here the physical implementation of gyroscope based on three-pulse cold atomic interference (CAI), and its main sources of noise are analyzed. Then, we successfully evaluate the phase effect of Raman laser phase noise and the vibration noise on reflect mirror, and then an accurate suppression of specific noises in interference results is achieved. In addition, in order to assess the overall performance of the CAI gyroscope system, the Allan variance method is used to provide a theoretical evaluation index of system accuracy.
