Abstract
As a complex system with many complex physical processes, dust plasma provides a medium for the study of nonlinear and non-equilibrium physics. Especially because it is macroscopic visible and isomorphic with microscopic process physics, it provides a macroscopic reference for the study of statistical mechanics, solid state physics, and quantum physics. In this study, the transfer characteristics of lattice waves (phonons) in two-dimensional complex plasma lattices are investigated by theoretical and numerical simulations. The dispersion relations of symmetric and antisymmetric longitudinal modes and transverse modes are calculated theoretically. The time domain evolution and space propagation characteristics of identical particles and external particles are analyzed by the numerical model, and the dispersion relationship of lattice waves under different polarization conditions is obtained, which is preliminarily compared with the theory. The results of this study can provide theoretical and numerical support for the wave behavior in two-dimensional complex plasma lattices, and also provide a scientific basis for future space station experiments in orbit.
