Abstract
The electromagnetic vibration of dry type transformer is mainly caused by core and windings. Different types of load have a different effect on the vibration. Analysis and tests of the electromagnetic vibration of the transformer are carried out, which considered different loads, such as no-load, resistive load and non-linear load. Using three phase dry type transformer SG-10, the vibration considering magnetostrictive effect with various harmonics is analyzed by Magneto-mechanical coupling method respectively. A prototype of vibration measurement system is built to study the harmonic components and analyze the spectrum caused by nonlinear load. The calculation and test results are in good agreement, which verified the feasibility of the method. The work of this paper is benefit to further optimize and reduce the vibration of transformers.
