Abstract
A control method of a three-degree-of-freedom loading system was systematically studied in this paper. First of all, existing more accurate control methods were analyzed and introduced. Then, the bending and shear test was carried out on a large-scale multi-function three-degree-of-freedom loading system of Harbin Institute of Technology with the three-degree-of-freedom loading control software. The work analyzed the accuracy of the force-displacement mixed control (based on actuator feedback in the vertical direction) method,the force-displacement mixed control (based on LVDT feedback in the vertical direction) method and the force-displacement mixed control method considering the geometric nonlinearity. The result shows that the force-displacement mixed control method considering the geometric nonlinearity is the most accurate for the control of the three-degree-of-freedom loading test.
